ORDERING INFORMATION

It has been our goal to set the price for the four volumes at the best possible price for the level of content provided. We are hopeful the money spent by a hospital, practice or individual is more than worth the cost associated with the purchase.  

 

The four volume set comes as one order. Individual volumes may not be purchased separately.

Printed Version Only:

  • 1 - 2 manual sets --- $255 each

  • 3 - 4 manual sets --- $25 off order

  • 5 or more manual sets --- 5% off order

Electronic (PDF) Version Only:

  • 1 - 2 manual sets --- $200 each

  • 3 - 4 manual sets --- $25 off order

  • 5 or more manual sets --- 5% off order

Combined Print & Electronic (PDF):

  • 1 - 2 manual sets --- $355 each

  • 3 - 4 manual sets --- $25 off order

  • 5 or more manual sets --- 5% off order

For check orders, it is important to write legibly so the manuals do not get delayed or lost in shipment.
